A feasibility call is a structured first step in the planning process.  During this conversation, we:

  • Review the property and known constraints

  • Discuss zoning or approval considerations

  • Understand budget expectations

  • Determine whether the project is realistically achievable

  • Outline potential next steps

This is not a design consultation or formal estimate.  Its purpose is to establish clarity early and determine whether the project is aligned with our process.

This conversation is most valuable if:

  • You own (or are seriously considering) a specific property

  • You're planning a custom home within the next 1-2 years

  • You're open to discussing budget early in the process

  • The property may involve zoning, setback, or site constraints

To make the most of this conversation, please be prepared to share:

  • Property address

  • Known site constraints or issues

  • Rough timeline

  • Intended scope of build

  • Budget range (if known)
